أمر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير البلاد دولة قطر، بتوجه فرق إنقاذ مختصة إلى المغرب، اليوم الأحد، إثر زلزال الحوز.
وتتكون مجموعة البحث والإنقاذ القطرية الدولية من اللجنة الدائمة لأعمال الإنقاذ والإغاثة والمساعدات الإنسانية في المناطق المنكوبة بالدول الشقيقة والصديقة، وهدفها المساهمة في عمليات البحث والإنقاذ بعد الزلزال الذي ضرب عدة أقاليم ومدن مغربية.
وتشارك المجموعة في عمليات البحث والإنقاذ معززة بآليات ومعدات متخصصة، بالإضافة إلى مساعدات إنسانية عاجلة للتخفيف على المتضررين جراء الزلزال.
وكانت إسبانيا أعلنت، اليوم الأحد، أنها سترسل فرق بحث وإنقاذ الى المغرب لدعم السلطات المحلية في عمليات الإغاثة بعد الزلزال الذي أودى بأكثر من ألفي شخص.
كما أعلنت إسبانيا، اليوم الأحد، أنها سترسل فرق بحث وإنقاذ الى المغرب لدعم السلطات المحلية في عمليات الإغاثة بعد الزلزال الذي أودى بأكثر من ألفي شخص.وقال وزير الخارجية الإسباني، خوسيه مانويل ألباريس لإذاعة “راديو كاتالونيا” إن هذه المعونة “مؤشر على التضامن الإسباني والشعور بالصداقة الذي يجمع الشعب الإسباني بالشعب المغربي”، مشيرا الى أنه تلقى اتصالا من رئيس الوزراء المغربي عزيز أخنوش في وقت مبكر، من اليوم الأحد، لطلب المساعدة.
وأكد الوزير الإسباني أن مدريد ستقدّم “مساعدة بقدر ما يحتاج إليه المغرب، بداية ما نعدّه هو فرق بحث وإنقاذ لأن محاولة العثور على أكبر عدد ممكن من الأحياء وانقاذهم هو أمر طارئ. ومتى حان الوقت لإعادة الإعمار، ستكون المساعدة الإسبانية جاهزة أيضا”.
ولم يقدم ألباريس تفاصيل إضافية، الا أن متحدثا باسم وزارة الداخلية أكد أن إسبانيا مستعدة لترسل “فورا” 65 عنصرا من وحدة الطوارئ العسكرية للمساعدة في جهود البحث والانقاذ.
وهذه الوحدة هي فصيل من القوات المسلحة الإسبانية تمّ تشكيله بهدف التدخل السريع في الظروف الطارئة مثل حرائق الغابات والفيضانات والزلازل.
وأرسلت إسبانيا فرقة من هذه الوحدة الى تركيا في فبراير الماضي في أعقاب الزلزال المدمّر الذي ضرب مناطق في البلاد وسوريا المجاورة، وساعدت في انقاذ ستة أشخاص بينهم أم وطفلاها، وفق ما أكدت وزارة الدفاع الإسبانية
